Agricultor - Manuel Darío López
About the establishment
His passion for agriculture traces back to his grandparents, who worked the land in Venezuela. After a stint in the hospitality industry, he decided to change course four or five years ago to dedicate himself fully to farming. His primary motivation stems from his own principles and his passion for locally sourced produce. As a trained chef, he deeply values the impact that the freshness of raw ingredients has on the flavors and textures of the final dish.
Our History
Their cultivation approach is heavily influenced by their culinary vision: cultivating for maximum organoleptic performance. Their goal is to harvest and deliver the product to the customer at its peak of freshness. Products: Cherry Tomatoes (Specialty): They cultivate various varieties, including red, black, and yellow cherry tomatoes. Cape Gooseberry: A semi-acidic fruit, visually similar to a small yellow tomato. It stands out for its excellent contrast between sweetness and acidity. Corn Ears (Local Corn): A traditional seasonal crop that enjoys great popularity and high demand in the local market. Seasonal Vegetables: Rotational production that includes crops such as broccoli and carrots, the latter standing out for their remarkable natural sweetness.
